He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Kisii University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Advocates Training Program) from Kenya School of Law where he was ranked the Best Student in Legal Writing and Drafting Course. Pamba is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Experience
- Currently representing an employer against an Insurance Company in proceedings for recovery of close to KES 160 Million payable under a Group Life, Group Personal Accident & WIBA scheme policy;
- Part of the team acting for an asset leasing company in a suit for recovery of lease rentals valued at KES 2 Billion accruing from a motor vehicle leasing scheme;
- Part of the team that successfully represented a foreign contractor before the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board in review proceedings that confirmed the award of a multi-billion Waste to Energy Project by a County Government in Kenya;
- Successfully applied for striking out of a constitutional petition brought by a private limited company against a wholly owned subsidiary of a county government over land earmarked as public land;
- Represents one of the leading Media Houses in Kenya in various defamation, image rights, copyright infringement and violation of privacy cases;
- Argued appeals and applications by and against various companies and individuals before the Court of Appeal; and
- Successfully handled various commercial claims, employment cases and constitutional petitions for and against several clients.
